Where: Hazelgrove and Maddaugh Elementary School.
Time: 7:00PM – 8:30PM
Important Dates:
No games – Monday, February 16 (Family Day)
Playoffs – Saturday, March 14
Cost: $575.00/Team

2) Fill out the captain’s form to complete registration, CAPTAIN’S FORM
3) Have teammates sign waiver form, WAIVER’S FORM
